Dog Training Track

Dog-Training Track: Instructors from the IDF Oketz Canine Unit

At Kimama we believe that each camper has a special talent or ability that can be fostered. Our camps combine social and educational activities with the benefits of professional tracks in different fields, taught by professional counselors and instructors. Each camper chooses a track and enjoys five 4-hour sessions, during which he or she can learn and develop that unique talent!

Spend summer with man’s best friend!

In this track, campers learn to train and solve dogs’ behavioral problems, making them easier to place with adoptive families.
Register to dog-training track at Kimama Carmel and you’ll enjoy two weeks of fun with man’s best friend, and with friends from all over the world!
Kids will learn how to read a dog’s body language to solve common behavioral problems among dogs; they’ll cover basic and more advanced disciplinary commands as well as basic concepts in the dog world. They’ll visit a veterinary clinic and observe treatment there; and discuss raising public awareness about saving abandoned dogs.

#You can bring YOUR dog from home for a fee of 600 NIS for its room and board and two weeks of training
#Dogs can be adopted at the end of camp
#The professional staff will be available to accompany the families and dogs after camp if necessary
